Booking Terms & Conditions

Status: Draft booking terms pending final owner approval and booking-system configuration.

Bookings

A direct booking will become confirmed when the required payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.

Guests and occupancy

The Thatched Cottage accommodates up to four guests unless The Retreat is included in the same booking. The final permitted occupancy for The Retreat will be confirmed before direct bookings open.

The Retreat

The Retreat is an optional add-on to The Thatched Cottage and cannot be booked independently.

Payments

Deposit amounts, balance due dates, accepted payment methods and any security or damage deposit arrangements will be confirmed before online booking opens.

Cancellations and refunds

The cancellation and refund policy will be published here before direct bookings are accepted. Guests should review the policy that applies at the time of booking.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome subject to the property’s final dog policy, including any limits, charges and house rules shown at the time of booking.

Property use

Guests are expected to use the property responsibly, respect neighbours and the surrounding environment, and follow the house rules provided for their stay.

Changes or disruption

If circumstances outside our reasonable control affect a booking, we will contact the lead guest as soon as reasonably possible to explain the available options.
